Founded as M. Pojol Audit and Tax Consultancy Services in 2018, Pojol and Gabay, Certified Public Accountants is a full service accounting, audit and tax firm located in Caloocan City (North), Metro Manila, Philippines, and is a registered general professional partnership of licensed Filipino Certified Public Accountants.
We are also a duly accredited by the Professional Regulatory Board of Accountancy pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act (RA) No. 9298, or the Philippine Accountancy Act of 2004.

The Partners
Mark Anthony V. Pojol
Managing Partner and Founder
As Managing Partner, Mark directs the firm's strategic vision and leads our external audit, tax review, and speaking engagements.
Mark has built a robust professional background over the years. He graduated with a B.S. in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Manila in 2007 and earned his CPA license the following year. Continually expanding his skill set, he obtained a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Information Technology from the PUP Open University in 2018 and also completed his online Executive MBA from the Valar Institute. He officially became an ASEAN CPA in October 2025.

Ricky L. Gabay
Partner
Ricky is a Partner at the firm and concurrently serves as the Municipal Accountant of Lapinig, Northern Samar.
He earned his B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Eastern Philippines (Catarman) in 2010 and passed the CPA Licensure Examinations in May 2011. Further strengthening his expertise in public sector governance, Ricky completed the Public Management Development Program for Local Government Executives and Managers at the Development Academy of the Philippines in 2022.

Daniel B. Guevarra
Partner
Daniel serves as a Partner, assisting our Managing Partner to keep the firm's daily operations running smoothly. When he isn't helping lead the firm, he is busy shaping future accountants as a part-time instructor at Golden Link College.
A licensed CPA since May 2017 and an ASEAN CPA since October 2025, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge to his roles. He earned his first degree in Management Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas in 2015, followed by an Accountancy degree from Colegio de San Juan de Letran in 2016. He is currently completing his Master in Accountancy at the University of the East.
